FREE SHIPPING is available on ALL orders over $50.
All orders on Magic Bottle Brush will be fulfilled within 48 hours of placing the order, after receiving your confirmation email (check your spam for the email too). After orders have been shipped, order cancellation is NOT available. Please see the return policy for further instructions.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”
If your order was placed over 5 business days ago and there is no tracking information available, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. Some shipping companies may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on their system.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
Due to logistical considerations, items from the same purchase may occasionally be shipped in separate packages, even if you have requested combined shipping.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Magic Bottle Brush is not responsible for any incorrect addresses entered during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address are accurate before finalizing your order. However, if we have made an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order at no additional cost.
Please note that Magic Bottle Brush is not liable for packages that have been successfully delivered but are later stolen or lost.
CUSTOM FEES
Once the items have been shipped, any customs fees incurred are not our responsibility. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and consent that one or more packages may be sent to you, and customs fees can possibly be imposed when they arrive in your country.
